Even though Luke had started planning all the details to build his little home, he would still need confirmation from his parents to start building. Luckily, Luke’s mom and dad knew their son would be able to handle the project. They never doubted that their son would be able to handle the demanding requirements of this project. Angie and Greg Thill gave Luke their permission to go ahead with his plans to build his own compact home on their four-acre property.

Three Simple Rules
Luke’s father, Greg Thill, set three simple rules when the project began. These rules stated that Luke would need to raise the money he would need to begin building his tiny home and that he would have to build it independently. The last rule is that Luke would be the proprietor of his compact home. These three rules simply fueled Luke’s ambition. He was going to get started on his dream work as soon as possible.
