Tying The Knot
Many well-wishing individuals spend the majority of their lives searching for that special person, also known as “the one”. Rachel and Aaron were lucky in that they sparked instantaneous chemistry. They tied the knot in 2006. Upon marrying, their wish to build a family was put on hold. Although they longed to have kids, their Christian missionary obligations were highly demanding. They still maintained, however, that their moment would come to be in the near future.

It wasn’t long before the freshly married pair were invited to head back to Honduras. They confirmed their dedication to the Honduras-based mission a few months after their ceremony, returning to Aaron’s birthplace. Rachel was thrilled to see where he had been raised. It was in a town neighboring Tegucigalpa where missionaries fulfilled teaching roles. Although this is not the most glamorous honeymoon destination, the pair were in their element.
