BEST: Lincoln Continental (1961-1969)

Best Lincoln Continental 1961 1969
It featured a luxurious setup and clean styling and boasted a 7-L V8 powerplant that dished out up to 300 horses and 465 lb-ft of torque. Interestingly, the Cadillacs of the era got strong competition from this Ford series.
WORST: Ford Taurus (1996-1999)
Ford is famous for messing up a perfectly good car and no other manufacturer is close to them. After reigning as one of the best-selling cars in America, this third-gen Taurus was painfully rejected.

Worst Ford Taurus 1996 1999
The redesigning was poor both inside and out which was among the many reasons why the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord took over the top reign. These two new powerhouses never came down from the top rank as Ford never got the opportunity to get a top sedan spot again.
